Make your logo stand out with depth and luminosity.

Embroidery adds an element of class to apparel, and can be placed on garments and items where traditional printing is not always possible.

An added bonus is the durability of embroidery, enabling it to often outlast the garment it is printed on!
Vancouver Island based company, Threadscape, located in Nanaimo, Canada uses in-house textile embroidery to customize a wide range of apparel, including Flexfit, KNP, or Fersten hats, Stormtech jackets and bags, Ash City corporate dress shirts and staff uniforms, Coal Harbour fleece blankets and more.

Embroidery FAQs

  1. Do you have a minimum order for embroidery?

We accept embroidery orders of all quantities. Small quantity orders will cost more per piece. Normally, our smallest embroidery run is about a dozen pieces.

  2. What kind of artwork do you need for embroidery?

As with any digital process, the better the supplied image, the better the final product. While we prefer to work with vector graphics, or high resolution bitmaps, we will work with whatever you provide to create the best possible outcome.* File formats we prefer to work with include: Adobe (eps, ai, or pdf), Coreldraw (cdr), as well as jpg, tif, or bmp. (300 dpi or better is ideal)
*If you do not have print ready artwork, we can create your logo exactly as you want it to appear. There will, however, be an art charge of $40 per hour (one hour minimum).

  3. What is embroidery digitizing and why do I need it?

Embroidery digitizing is the initial setup process, whereby your graphic is converted to an embroidery format file; think of it as small ‘program’, which is read by the embroidery machine as it reproduces your logo in thread.

A well digitized design will make all the difference to the finished quality of your embroidered logo!

  4. What is your turnaround time for embroidery orders?

Most embroidery orders can be completed within 7 to 10 business days.

Important: To begin the order time line, it is crucial that all artwork is approved prior to production.
